Did you know our Property Management services include:

  • Advertising your property.

  • Showing prospective tenants through during opens and appointments.

  • Screening of rental applications, previous landlords, employers and checking Tica ( National Tenant screening data base )

  • Once applications have been submitted and references checked we discuss prospective tenants with you but the final decision is yours.

  • Receive rent and lodge bond with the Residential Tenancy Branch

  • Monitor tenant rents daily, follow up any rental arrears with phone calls, sms or reminder letters.

  • Attend Residential Tenancies Tribunal ( if necessary)

  • Pay Landlord accounts (e.g SA water, Council Rates, Strata, Emergency Services Levy, Insurance )

  • Conduct initial ingoing, routine quarterly inspections with written reports.

  • Organize maintenance – always discussed with you first.

  • Arrange Landlord Protection Insurance at your request.

  • Monthly statements

  • End of Financial Year statements for taxation purposes.

  • Free Market Appraisal – upon request.
